Heldd uses AI to ask questions. You can talk or type. Your words are captured in your own record — the AI interviewer cannot directly add, change, or delete memories.
Heldd uses what you’ve told it to remind you of things, answer questions, and keep the stories you want kept. When it thinks, it sends only small pieces out to do the thinking — and every one lands on your RECEIPT tab, so you can see exactly what left and when.
You steer: answer however you like, skip anything, say “never bring that up,” and end whenever you’re done.
