How Heldd texts you.
In force from 22 September 2026. Heldd is operated by Pickleball Dynamics LLC, Springville, Utah. Texts come from +1 801 515 5486.
Heldd sends three kinds of text, all to numbers people entered themselves: a sign-in code you asked for, an occasional update about your book, and a question you can answer by replying. Nobody can enroll another person's number. This page shows the two places you give your number, exactly as the app shows them.
1. Asking for a sign-in code
Path: open f.heldd.ai, tap Talk to Heldd, and on the sign-in screen type your own mobile number and tap Text me a code. The wording under the button is the consent for that one code, which expires in five minutes.
2. Verifying your number and choosing updates
Path: take part in a conversation from an invitation link, and on the saved screen tap Text me a code under "verify your mobile number". After the code, a separate box, unchecked, asks whether Heldd may also text you updates and questions; privacy and terms links sit beside it. Verifying is not consenting; ticking the box is.
If you ticked the box, Heldd confirms by text:
