The terms for using Heldd.

Using Heldd

Heldd is by invitation for now. By signing in, or by opening an invitation and taking part, you agree to these terms and to the privacy page, which is part of them. You must be 18 or older.

Your material

What you say and write in Heldd is yours. You give Heldd permission to keep it, transcribe it, question it, and write pages from it, so that Heldd can do what you asked it to do: hold your conversations and gather them into a book. You can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time.

Other people's material

When you invite someone, what they say is theirs. It appears in your book as pages and sources because they chose to take part. Treat it with care: do not publish other people's contributions outside Heldd without their agreement. If someone asks that their contribution be removed, tell us and we will remove it.

What Heldd writes

Pages are written by AI from the sources people gave. Every claim shows its source so you can check it. Pages can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and are not advice of any kind. Use your own judgement, and add a correction when something is off.

Text messages

Heldd texts sign-in codes to the number you enter. If you agree to updates, Heldd may text you occasionally about your book; message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Do not enter a number that is not yours.

What you may not do

• Use Heldd to record or collect someone without their knowledge.
• Try to reach material that was held back from you, or to break the service.
• Enter someone else's phone number or invitation as your own.

Availability and changes

Heldd is early and may change, pause, or end features. We will tell you before a change that matters, and we will give you a way to take your material with you if Heldd ends.

Liability

Heldd is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Pickleball Dynamics LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Heldd, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Heldd in the twelve months before the claim, which for now is nothing.
